Education & Experience:

BSC, BTech, Masters or BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial/Electronics/Chemical).

4 – 5 years Managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyses of the plant operations and devise plans for improving efficiency and productivity, where possible.

Participate in the Strategic Planning activity. Provide useful inputs regarding existing production and maintenance capacities, and requirements, to achieve the projected Plans

Train Engineers and Supervisors for smooth floor operation.

Provide inputs in preparation of Business Continuity Plans.

Provide inputs in preparation of Site Facility Master Plan.

Participate in preparing site annual CAPEX and ensure completion as per target. Manage the activities of all floor staff to ensure that Production facilities are in a ready state to meet the production

Ensure adequate selection, training and development of staff to achieve their Maximum potential to meet business objective.

Ensure that plant engineering design and construction comply with legal Requirements. 10. Liaise with Government authorities and Utility Companies to fulfil Regulatory requirement and smooth operation of site

To ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) compliance at site.

Skills:

Technical Acumen (Thinking, Reasoning, Logic)

Excellent building relationship ability to establish effective relationships at all levels across the organization

Strong teamwork with an ability to interact with people across all functions and levels within the organization

Enable and drive change by exciting others to create a stimulating change environment.
