Responsibilities:
Segregation of quality fruits to extract good quality and quantity of juices.
Supervise the boiling process of fruits at required temperature.
Peeling of fruits and extraction of juices in proper hygienic manner.
Mixing of required ingredients in extracted juice like sugar, citric acid, artificial flavour, permitted food colour, food preservers and vitamins etc.
Taking responsibility for cleaning, operating, and maintaining all types of tools, juice processors, peeling knives etc.
Making minor repairs of tools (If needed) and alerting management as required.
Taking responsibility for ensuring that the juice preparation is clean; maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Filling and packaging of juice.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences.
Must have good knowledge of juices and their ingredients
Must be expert in mixing ratios of ingredients.
Must be aware of proper juice production cycle.
Must have more than 5 years of experience in juice production industry.
Must be active and physically fit.
