Compliance Wizard is a pacesetter in security and compliance providers in Alberta and Western Canada. We handle the regulation compliance, Human Resources and Administrative duties for 70+ Trucking Companies.
You can be monitoring drivers habits, Auditing Hours of Service Logbooks and imposing firm driving requirements.
Shift timings: 8:30pm to 4:30am (Night Shift)
Location: Lahore
Language: English (Expert), Urdu (Expert) & Punjabi (Expert)
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Use GPS and Telematics applications like Samsara, Keep Truckin, Geotab or just like monitor driver efficiency
- Prepare and ship weekly efficiency summaries / weekly driver logbook to drivers and clients
- Communicate with and encourage problematic drivers to follow secure driving behaviour
- License, Register and Manage gear for small, medium, and enormous transportation corporations in Canada and America.
- Communicate with clients and varied authorities businesses in Canada and America to acquire gear permits
- Plan, manage, and direct the capabilities associated to the servicing, upkeep and restore of all autos and gear.
- Develop and implement new methods for creating or bettering processes and procedures to enhance firm efficiency
- Excellent pc expertise (CRM, MS Office and many others.)
Required Qualifications:
- AMAZING communication (Fluent English Mandatory)
- 2 Years of earlier help and repair expertise
- Experience with Keep Truckin, Samsara, Geotab or comparable telematics software program. (prepared to coach)
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Salesforce, CRM and comparable software program
- Excellent communication expertise in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi
- Understanding of Hours-of-Service Regulations / Violations (A Huge Asset, however prepared to coach)
- Ability to work independently and with a staff.
Education
Bachelor Degree or Higher (Preferred)
