PTFE膜材料的特點(diǎn)：

1.強(qiáng)度高、耐久性好、防火難燃、自潔性好，而且不受紫外光的影響，其使用壽命在25年以上。

2.具有高透光性，并且透過膜材料的光線是自然散漫光，不會產(chǎn)生陰影，也不會發(fā)生眩光。

3.對太陽能的反射率高，所以熱吸收量很少。即使在夏季炎熱的日光的照射下室內(nèi)也不會受太大影響。

PTFE的化學(xué)性能Chemical Properties:
Resistant against the strongest corrosive substances, like hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid and nitric acid, hot sodium hydroxide solution or nitrogen oxides. PTFE is not soluble in most common solvents, such as alcoholes, esters, ketones and petrol.
PTFE能抵抗如鹽酸、氫氟酸、硫酸、硝酸、熱得氫氧化納溶液或氮氧化物等最強(qiáng)腐蝕性物質(zhì)。PTFE不能被一般常用的溶劑溶解，如酒精、酯類、酮類和汽油等。

PTFE( Polytetrafluorethylene)的分子結(jié)構(gòu)Moleculare Structure:
• PTFE is characterized by long chain molecules consisting of recurring tetrafluorethylene monomer units.
• The carbon-fluorine bond has a dissociation energy of 460 kJ/Mol
and represents one of the strongest bonds in organic chemistry.
• The PTFE chain adopts a slightly twisting helix with a carbon-based core and an outer sheath of fluorine atoms which completely shields the chain backbone from chemical attack.
PTFE是由四氟乙烯單體重復(fù)聚合而成的長鏈分子結(jié)構(gòu)。
氟碳化學(xué)鍵鍵能有460 kJ/Mol，是有機(jī)化學(xué)界里最強(qiáng)的化學(xué)鍵。

PTFE由2條螺旋狀的聚合鏈纏繞在一起，中心是碳碳化學(xué)鍵，外面由氟原子組成了一個(gè)完整的保護(hù)層，有效的防止了其它化學(xué)物質(zhì)的進(jìn)攻。

耐光/耐候性Light/Weather Resistance:
PTFE is totally resistant to UV-radiation, weather and environmental influences.
PTFE-Membranes show no ageing orebrittlement due to UV-radiation.
This performance is achieved without plasticizer, antioxidants, UV-absorbers etc. which could migrate out.
PTFE能完全抵抗紫外線、氣候及環(huán)境的影響。
PTFE不會被紫外線照射而老化變脆。
PTFE材料中不含容易移出的增塑劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑等。

PTFE膜材表面自潔性能Surface Self-cleaning Properties
The forces of attraction between adjacent chains of PTFE are very weak due to the fluorine envelope of the chain molecules which cannot be easily polarized. The molecules are macroscopically nonpolar. The surface energy is one of the lowest known (approx. 18.5 mN/m) and leads to the anti-adhesive nature of PTFE. Therefore PTFE-Membranes exhibit good self-cleaning and water repellant properties. (contact angle > 130o)
由于PTFE由氟原子的密封了分子鏈，它對其它物質(zhì)的吸引力是非常若的。在宏觀世界中，PTFE的表面能是已知材料中最低的，約18.5 mN/m，具有不粘性能。因此，PTFE膜材表現(xiàn)出非常好的自潔和水排斥性能（接觸角> 130o）

PTFE膜材變白 Bleached by sunlight
PTFE membrane is PTFE coated Fiberglass fabric material. PTFE is a very inert material if it is solid state. We have to melt it then coat it on the fiberglass fabric, the coating near 10 times. Fiberglass always becomes yellow and yellow during the coating process in the baking boxes(temperature is more than 400℃), so this kind of material always is brown color when produced.
But PTFE membrane can absorb UV Light from Sunlight, then become whiter and whiter, it can be bleached fully by sunlight, more UV is quicker. In South, needs about 4 months; in North, needs about 6 month.
PTFE膜材是PTFE涂層玻璃纖維材料。PTFE在固態(tài)下是非常惰性的，我們在涂層時(shí)必須將其熔化，再涂層到玻璃纖維上，熔化溫度在400℃以上，涂層次數(shù)需要10次左右。在這個(gè)過程中，玻璃纖維會因?yàn)楦邷刈凕S，涂層次數(shù)越多顏色越深，因此，PTFE膜材剛生產(chǎn)出來時(shí)都是棕色的。
但是，PTFE膜材能吸收太陽光中的紫外線，膜材越變越白，最終能被太陽光完全漂白。紫外線越強(qiáng)變白越快。在南方，一般4個(gè)月，北方6個(gè)月。

PTFE membrane is the material that PTFE coated Fiberglass fabric, PTFE is very inert material and has self-clean ability, the fiberglass fabric is inorganic material and low elongation. So, PTFE membrane’s Useful-life can surpass 25 years.
